Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

 

Disclaimer The following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Global Elite VIP Tours (“Service Provider”) to the Client (“Customer”).

 

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms without modification.

1. Dispute Resolution

​

All disagreements stemming from or connected to this Agreement will be settled solely through legal representation. Customers forfeit any rights to mediation, arbitration, or informal dispute resolution methods. Any legal matters must be addressed within the jurisdiction of Florida, and the losing party will be responsible for all legal expenses, including attorney fees.

2. Cancellation Fee

​

A cancellation fee equivalent to 30 days’ service charges will be enforced if the Customer decides to cancel services for any reason. This fee is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the notice given or the circumstances of the cancellation

3. Payment Terms

​

All invoices must be paid in full upon the completion of services. A daily interest fee of 3% will be charged on any outstanding balance that remains unpaid after the due date. This interest will compound daily and accumulate until the total payment is made.

4. Service Completion

​

Service completion is considered fulfilled once the agreed-upon services are executed, regardless of external factors such as weather disruptions, theme park ride closures or delays, and system issues. Technical difficulties, outages, or errors related to the My Disney Experience App or similar third-party systems that affect ride bookings, reservations, or other park features will not be regarded as grounds for incomplete service. Customers are responsible for understanding and managing the app's functionality and updates. Under these circumstances, no refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued, and the Customer acknowledges that these factors are outside the Service Provider’s control.

5. Improper Communication and Conduct

​

Customers are expected to engage in professional and respectful communication at all before, during, and after services are provided. This includes but is not limited to: 

Pre-Service Communication: Any unprofessional, inappropriate, or harassing messages via text, email, or other channels prior to the start of services may lead to immediate termination of the agreement, a 30-day cancellation fee applied. 

During Services: Disruptive or abusive behavior directed at contractors, employees, or representatives of the Service Provider during service execution will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cessation of services without a refund. 

Abuse of Relationship: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the customer/service provider relationship, including excessive demands, threats, or defamatory actions, will result in immediate termination of the agreement, with all fees (including cancellation fees) due in full.

6. Liability Waiver

​

The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or inconveniences caused external factors like weather, actions of third parties, system errors, or facility closures. By using our services, the Customer understands and accepts these risks.

7. Amendments

​

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Travel Agent Agreements

​

If the Customer utilizes the services of the Service Provider through a third-party travel agent or representative, the following terms will apply:

 

The Customer acknowledges that the travel agent or representative is acting on their behalf and has the authority to accept these terms and conditions. Even if direct communication between the Service Provider and the Customer is not allowed by the travel agent or representative, the Customer remains fully bound by these terms and conditions. Any failure on the part of the travel agent or representative to communicate these terms to the Customer does not relieve the Customer of their obligations under this Agreement. All fees, charges, and responsibilities outlined in this Agreement are regardless of the communication method or the involvement of a third-party representative. By engaging the Service Provider, whether directly or through a travel agent or representative, the Customer confirms their acceptance of these terms in full. By engaging the Service Provider, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety. It is important to note that any violation of these terms may in the immediate termination of services, and you may not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse. We you to familiarize yourself with these terms to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial experience. Your compliance is essential for maintaining the integrity of our services.
